For Artists & Creators: A Space Built for Production

There are projects that begin with a complete production plan, and others that start with something much simpler: an image, a reference, a conversation, a scene or an idea that still needs space to develop.

At Chris Rey Media Production Studios, the studio is conceived as part of that process. A professional production environment in Marbella where photographers, filmmakers, directors, artists and creators can work with the space, equipment and production resources their projects require.

One space, different ways to create

Creative work rarely follows a single format. A photographer and a filmmaker may need very different things from a studio. A casting has a different rhythm from a fashion shoot. A podcast requires another kind of environment altogether.

That is why Chris Rey Media brings together three different production studios across 330 m², designed for photography, video, content creation, podcast and cinema.

Studio 01 — The Big Mama

is the largest space, with 220 m², a 7 × 7 m cyclorama, 6 m ceiling height, professional lighting infrastructure and vehicle access. A studio conceived for productions that need scale, movement and greater technical possibilities.

Studio 02 — The Loft

offers a more intimate and adaptable 70 m² environment, combining natural light, a U-shaped cyclorama, backdrops, make-up and styling area and professional lighting. It works particularly well for editorial photography, model tests, castings, interviews, content creation, workshops and smaller productions.

Studio 03 — The Podcast Sound Room

is a dedicated 30 m² sound-treated space for podcasts, interviews and recorded conversations.

Different spaces, but the same idea behind them: a space that adapts to every project, not the other way around.

More than a studio rental

Sometimes the space is all that is needed. Other projects require equipment, technical support or a production structure around them.

Alongside studio rental, Chris Rey Media offers camera and lens rental, with professional equipment from brands including ARRI, RED, Canon, Sony and Blackmagic.

Production support is also available for audiovisual and cinematographic projects, from pre-production and storyboards to filming, behind-the-scenes content and set construction.

This allows each production to be approached according to what it actually needs, whether it is an independent photoshoot, a casting, a branded production, a fashion project or a film.

A place for the creative community

A production studio can also be a meeting point.

Castings, workshops, masterclasses, model tests and creative events bring different parts of the industry into the same space. Photographers meet new talent. Filmmakers develop new projects. Artists experiment. Production teams find a practical base from which to work.

For us, “For Artists & Creators” is not simply a campaign line. It reflects what the studios were created for: providing professional infrastructure for people who already have something they want to make.

The creative direction remains with the creator. The space is there to make its production possible.

Production in Marbella

Marbella has long been a meeting point between local and international communities. For the audiovisual industry, its location on the Costa del Sol also offers an interesting combination of lifestyle, architecture, natural locations and an international production environment.

Chris Rey Media Studios provides an indoor production base within that context — a place where a project can be prepared, photographed, filmed, recorded or developed before moving on to its next stage.
